Farin-Ruwa Waterfall

The Farin-Ruva Falls, the first colonial ruler of the 1950s, is located 120 km from the capital of Nasarawy, Rafaggia, 30 km from the headquarters of the local government, about 160 km from Abuja, the capital of Abuja.

This waterfall is geographically located in the provincial town of Nasamara Wamba, between the borders of the municipalities of Bokkos, Plateau of Wamba and Nasarawa.

To meet waterfalls with international standards of tourism, the government of Nassarawa invested millions of dollars in the construction of villas and hotel complexes, golf courses, water parks, amusement parks and other recreational facilities that attract thousands of tourists.
When completed, they would transform the waterfall into the biggest tourist destination in Nigeria, put Nasarawa State on the world tourism map and transform the country into a major tourist destination.

Farin Ruwa is as impressive as Niagara Falls in Canada and Victoria Falls in Zambia. The nature and beauty of the waterfall is amazing! This is really a special piece of art for high waterfalls, which cannot be compared with other waterfalls in Nigeria, about 150 meters high and 50 meters wide.
